try this recipe, it is healthy and easy to make :)
ingredients :
200 g red bean
150 g white sugar
milkmaid
mocha syrup
ice
preparation :
remain all red bean into cold water for 15 minutes, throw away any floating bean.
boil the read bean with 4 cups of water for 10 minutes, add 150 g sugar on it and keep it in heat and steamed it up until it soft (approximately for 1 hour).
serve it when the bean are cold enough, with ice, milkmaid and mocha syrup.
ENJOY it!

coba judulnya diganti dikit jadi red bean ice for insomia, aku pasti bikin tuh, aku catet resepnya :D
