my strawberry jelly mold...

delicious jelly combined with fresh strawberries =)

ingredients :

1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 nutri jelly
1 sachet aloe vera (strawberry flavour)
1 cup milkmaid
1 cup fresh strawberries (slice it slight)
1/2 cup mashed strawberry blend
3 cup water


preparation :

stir egg and white sugar at once until it turn into white and smooth.
set on fire the jelly, water and aloe vera water... stir it up. pour the white and smooth egg, mashed strawberry blend... stir it up, wait until pinkish. add milkmaid on it. stir, until it boiled. wait until 5 minutes and add fruit acid, stir it again (wait until fumes be gone).
spread slices of strawberries in bottom of mold. pour the mixture into mold and chill until firm.
invert the mold onto a serving dish. the mold should release itself easily.
